1. Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of fruits, we generally do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

  • If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.

  • Any complaints made after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


2. Refunds

    • The order is canceled before it is shipped.
